This is the only CBD brand I trust! I’ve tried others and honestly didn’t feel a thing. My husband and I both take CBD to help sleep. It really relaxes me, the constant thinking before sleep is gone when I take CBD. Also, when I wake up at night to use the restroom, I fall right back asleep. Best sleep really of my life! But its also important to take it well before bedtime and have an actual night time routine. Make sure not to be on technology an hour before sleep and sleep at the same time every night. Also my husband can take more than me. I only need a half of the recommended, even 1/3 and it works perfectly. (I weigh 135 and am 5’0″ I should also mention that I suffer from planter’s fitiatis and it helps with the pain. Worth every penny.
