In 2018, Diamond CBD fell into some controversy. Following reports from some of Diamond CBD’s customers that its products were causing them to get high, the Virginia Commonwealth University conducted tests on the CBD extracts.
The university found a couple of undesirable chemicals including dextromethorphan (DXM), a cough medicine, and a synthetic cannabinoid called 5F-ADB.
The company stated it would retest its products to ensure that these chemicals did not end up in future batches. It also said the products tested by the Virginia Commonwealth University were produced in 2017, with a different formula.

They false advertise with 2 day shipping! 6 days to be exact Call to cancel told me package was stolen had to get a claim. which it was never shipped. I called at 9am to cancel they did.. then 3 hours later get another email saying I’m not getting a refund and they shipped it. They could have canceled instead decided to ship it . so now I have to return it just to get my money back. Just a bunch of none BS you don’t need in your life! This is the 4th time I’ve payed for 2 day shipping but it’s taken 4+ days. Why do I have to pay for a shipping time I don’t get? The products are okay but the fact I have to pay for a time I don’t receive is frustrating especially when it’s an extra $10.
